AT&T cancels all prepayments from Galaxy Fold and offers a $ 100 promo card

3 min read

Back in April, when there was more optimism about the Galaxy Fold, AT&T sent letters to customers who ordered the device in advance, and count the phone by June 13. At the end of May, BestBuy canceled all Galaxy Fold pre-orders, while new reports suggest that the foldable smartphone will be delayed again. When Samsung promised, at the beginning of last month, it will announce the new launch date, no one expected a fairly long period of silence about the case.

Now AT&T sends letters to anyone who has reserved the Galaxy Fold from the courier service, telling them that their reservation has been canceled. A new order or pre-order is possible again when Samsung announces the new launch date, when that happens.

AT&T does not blame anyone, only mentioning the facts when stating the reasons for canceling pre-orders: "Samsung delayed the release of the phone, which means that we can send your phone". AT & T will send an AT&T promotion card worth $ 100 for those who ordered the Galaxy Fold for the next 60 days.
